Do not stay here. We thought we were having a nice stay until check out. We were told they were checking the room and to wait downstairs. When he came down he arrived with a pillowcase with blue mould spores and trying to say I needed to pay for it and it had come from my room and saying it was from my body. There was no evidence in the photos he showed of my bed of the mold it was just a picture of my bed. I asked him to take me up to my room and we did but it had already been stripped in 5 minutes. My prediction is this is a separate pillow case used to scam and charge people. If it was mine I should have been in the room during the checks and showed it on the pillow where it was found. Absolutely foul. I did pay for my towel which had a slight mascara stain which can be washed out, £10 it cost me but refused to pay for the pillow case. After agreeing to the towel the pillowcase charge was automatically dropped, they just wanted some money out of me. Absolutely disgusting if I had slept on that mould on the other side of the pillow too, should have been refunded myself. Such a shame to leave with a foul experience. Hope everyone can check out this scam and it can’t be used again.

Amazing location, room is small but didn’t expect it to be any bigger due to it being a hostel. Very big bed, aircon worked amazingly and the bathroom was very clean. Lots to do around this hostel, due to it being right in the centre of Phuket Old Town. Great common room/ chill space on the ground floor too.

Location is perfect in old town, close to restaurants and bars. Staff very friendly. Wi-Fi doesn’t really work in the rooms at all. Toilets area is a bit smelly and could do with more maintenance and cleaning. Beds are comfortable. Showers work fine except there was a drainage problem with one of them. Towels and shower products provided. Overall nice stay.

We stayed in a private room with a ensuite bathroom, the room is a bit small but big enough for us. Breakfast was included in the price of the room, however it was fairly basic toast and cereal. There were lots of restaurants around this hostel but nothing really to do in the day. It is also well connected via bus and taxis but taxis were expensive. However we did have problems with the buses as some of the timetables were wrong.

Only stayed one night in Phuket but would have happily stayed longer in this hostel. Very clean, rooms with air con, fabulous lady on reception who was super friendly and helpful with booking a boat. Breakfast was basic but handy, there are cheap places around if you wanted a bigger breakfast. Brilliant location too. A short walk to Sunday walking market which is a must!!! Hostel was quiet when I stayed so not so much of a place for socialising but it has common areas with TV and bean bags, a fridge and basic kitchen area as well as washing machine!
